Shall we ever have a Congress a majority of whose members are hopelessly insane? Probably not. But it is possible – unquestionably such a thing is possible.

Very scary. Take Kansas. And the fact that the giant first district just voted in for a third time: Tea Party Congressman T.H. (sorry i just can’t even type his name so repugnant is he). The guy was kicked out of the agricultural committee of the US Congress. Kansas = agriculture so you can imagine what it must be like to not have any say/input there!
But they couldn’t bring themselves to vote for the Democrat, a reasonable former mayor of the one of fastest growing towns (in a positive sense ) in America: Manhattan, Kansas.
Kansas is a state we Americans are ashamed of. I’m ashamed of it. Again!
Mr Twain hit it spot on.
